Talk to the people who book Sea Familia
Updated 28 October 2026
Contact the Sea Familia booking team on WhatsApp with your party size, the children's ages and your dates. We reply with a cabin plan and a written quote, in English or Indonesian, Daily 08:00–20:00 (WITA). Email goes to info@komodoexplorer.com. PT Komodo Explorer Indonesia, NIB 1805260128363, is the booking partner.
WhatsApp first, email second
WhatsApp is the faster way to settle dates and cabins. Use the green button on any page and the message arrives with the page name already in it, so we know which boat you were reading.
Email suits documents, long guest lists and invoices. Write to info@komodoexplorer.com, and give the boat, the dates and the number of guests in the first line.
A person on our team answers both, and the same person follows your booking until the pickup. You will not be passed from person to person.

Numbers first: party, ages, dates
Four lines are enough for the first message. How many adults and how many children, with the children's ages. The dates, or just the month. If you want the whole boat or a seat. And Sea Familia 1, Sea Familia 2 or "not sure".
Add what matters most to you: a cabin with a balcony, a child who is nervous in water, a grandparent who cannot climb. The more you put in the first message, the fewer questions come back.
You do not need to choose a boat before you write. If you are torn between the two, we explain the difference by party size and give you both prices in one reply.

FAQ
How should I start my first message?
Say how many adults and children, the children's ages, your dates or month, and if you want the whole boat or a seat. Name Sea Familia 1, Sea Familia 2 or "not sure". That is enough for a cabin plan and a written quote.
Can I write in my own language?
English and Indonesian, Daily 08:00–20:00 (WITA). If your message is in another language, send it anyway and we reply in English, so no one is turned away for the language they wrote in.
Is the email address the owner's?
No. info@komodoexplorer.com is the booking address of PT Komodo Explorer Indonesia, the booking partner for the two boats. We do not publish the owner's contacts, and your booking is held by us.
