What a useful review tells the next family
A good review says which cabin the family had and who slept in it. It says how the children found the first snorkel, how the dining table worked for the whole party, and what the pickup was like.
It also says what you would change. The most helpful sentence we can read after a trip is the one that begins with "next time".
A review is yours. We ask before we publish a word of it, and we never add a rating on your behalf. A short, plain note from a parent is worth more to the next parent than a long one from us.
Tell us about your trip
After your trip, write to info@komodoexplorer.com or message us on WhatsApp, and name the boat and the dates. A few lines are enough.
If you want something corrected, such as a cabin detail on the site, say so in the same message. We check it against the brochure and fix the page.
Until a Sea Familia guest writes to us, this page carries no review of the boats. It will not carry an invented one, and it will not borrow one from another boat and put Sea Familia's name on it.

How do I send my review after sailing?
After your trip, write to info@komodoexplorer.com or on WhatsApp with the boat and the dates. We ask before we publish anything with your name, and we publish it as you wrote it.
Why is there no rating for the boats themselves?
A rating for a boat nobody has reviewed on this site would be invented. The stars beside each quote belong to the guest who wrote it, on another boat, and we add no number of our own.
