Eight friends pay IDR 12,140,000 (≈ USD 745) each on Sea Familia 1 or IDR 14,300,000 (≈ USD 877) each on Sea Familia 2. That is for 3 days and 2 nights, whole boat, at 2026 rates. Cabins sleep two, so eight friends fill four of six. Guide, park tickets, fuel surcharge and tax are separate.
Twelve on Sea Familia 1, fourteen on Sea Familia 2, no more
Sea Familia 1 has 6 cabins and takes up to 12 guests, 13 with the extra bed in Manta Cabin I. Sea Familia 2 has 6 cabins and takes up to 14 guests. So for a group of friends, anything from 6 to 12 works on either boat, and more than 12 means Sea Familia 2.
The Sea Familia 1 rate list stops at 12 guests; a 13th guest on the extra bed is priced in your written quote.
Sea Familia 2 puts 1 to 10 guests in one band. The eleventh friend tips the boat into the next band, so each share is IDR 11,700,000 (≈ USD 718) at eleven against IDR 11,440,000 (≈ USD 702) at ten. That's how the price list works, not a mistake. At twelve it falls to IDR 10,720,000 (≈ USD 658).
Eight friends fill four of the six cabins on either boat. The empty two cost nothing extra: you pay the band, not the beds.
Who sleeps where: twin beds or a shared queen
Every cabin on Sea Familia 1 has a queen-size bed, so friends who share a room share that bed. Manta I to IV are on the main deck, Turtle I and II on the upper deck.
Sea Familia 2 is more flexible about beds. The three Deluxe cabins on the lower deck each have two single beds. The two Master cabins on the main deck have a double bed, and the Family cabin has a queen bed and a bunk.
That lets eight friends sleep without sharing a bed. Three Deluxe cabins hold six in single beds, and the last two take the Family cabin, one in the queen bed and one in the bunk, leaving both Master cabins free. Photos of the Deluxe and Family cabins are on request, and the cabin pages show both boats.

Each friend's bill, from six to twelve
- Six friends: IDR 16,180,000 (≈ USD 993) each on Sea Familia 1, IDR 19,070,000 (≈ USD 1,170) on Sea Familia 2.
- Eight friends: IDR 12,140,000 (≈ USD 745) and IDR 14,300,000 (≈ USD 877).
- Ten friends: IDR 10,270,000 (≈ USD 630) and IDR 11,440,000 (≈ USD 702).
- Twelve friends: IDR 8,560,000 (≈ USD 525) and IDR 10,720,000 (≈ USD 658).
All figures are for 3 days and 2 nights, whole boat, at 2026 rates. Either boat takes eight, and Sea Familia 1 has the lower whole-boat rate. On Sea Familia 1 the 9 to 12 band starts at nine; on Sea Familia 2 the first band runs to ten. Twelve is the published maximum of Sea Familia 1.

Three days for friends who swim (sample)
Here's a sample, put together from park timings and the listed Sea Familia 1 route. The captain sets the order on the day.
Day 1. Kelor for a short hill, a snorkel at Manjarite, and the bats at Kalong from the deck at dusk.
Day 2. Padar at first light, breakfast aboard, a snorkel at Pink Beach, the Komodo walk with a ranger, then the drift at Manta Point: 30 to 60 minutes, 3 to 15 m, strong current. Sebayur closes the day.
Day 3. A last snorkel at Kanawa, then back to Labuan Bajo. The listed route has the full stop list. On Sea Familia 2 the stops are agreed in writing.
Who pays the deposit, and how friends repay it
One of you books and pays the deposit, which is 50 percent of the fare, and the balance falls due 30 days before departure. It's one booking, in one name.
How everyone pays that friend back is up to you. Take each share from the per-person figures above, add the park tickets, the fuel surcharge, the tax and any guide, and agree the total before the deposit goes in. If friends want to pay us separately, say so before you pay and we confirm in writing what is possible.

Can eight friends split the bill evenly?
Yes. The per-person figure is simply the whole-boat rate for 3 days and 2 nights divided by eight and rounded: IDR 12,140,000 (≈ USD 745) on Sea Familia 1, IDR 14,300,000 (≈ USD 877) on Sea Familia 2. Park tickets, the fuel surcharge, tax and any guide come on top, so agree those shares as well.
Which boat for ten friends?
Both fit ten. Sea Familia 1 costs IDR 10,270,000 (≈ USD 630) per person in its 9 to 12 band, Sea Familia 2 costs IDR 11,440,000 (≈ USD 702) in its 1 to 10 band. Pick Sea Familia 1 for the lower rate, and Sea Familia 2 if a balcony cabin or single beds matter.
Do friends need to share a bed?
Not if you pick the cabins carefully. Four cabins on Sea Familia 1 take two friends each in a queen-size bed. Sea Familia 2 offers single beds in its three Deluxe cabins and a bunk in the Family cabin. With six friends, every friend can have a cabin alone.
Can we pay in two parts?
Yes. The deposit is 50 percent of the fare and the balance is due 30 days before departure. The person who books pays both. If you'd like the money to come from two people, tell us before you pay and we'll confirm in writing what we can do.
