What is on board, and what you ask for

Pickup in Labuan Bajo is free. Sea Familia 1 provides a mask and snorkel; Sea Familia 2 snorkel gear is confirmed in your written quote. Decoration, a special dinner, a cake, flowers and a photographer or drone are quoted separately, on request, and never added to the fare without a quote.
On board: gear, jackets, first aid
Life jackets and basic first aid are in the included list on both boats. Ask in your first message for the sizes you need, children included.
Sea Familia 1 provides a mask and snorkel; fins are not provided. Snorkel gear for Sea Familia 2 is confirmed in your written quote.
Sea Familia 1 also serves an afternoon snack and juices. Karaoke and music are on board. This is a snorkel boat. Diving can be arranged with a separate dive operator on request.
Pickup
Pickup in Labuan Bajo from the airport, a hotel or the harbour is free; the time and the meeting point are confirmed in writing.
A Toyota HiAce seats up to 12, and a larger coach is available on request. Each is quoted as its own line.
The ride from your hotel
The default is a car or minibus shared with your party. A family of five with luggage and a pushchair should ask for the larger vehicle, because the bags travel with you.
Tell us the hotel and the flight number, and the meeting point goes into the confirmation. A late flight moves the meeting point, in writing.
Extras on request: decoration, special dinner, photographer
Decoration of a cabin or the deck, a dinner with a special request such as a dietary need, and a photographer or drone are all on request and quoted separately. None is added to a fare.
On a private charter the guide and the photo and video documentation are not included; both are available on request and quoted separately.
A drone needs a park permit and the national park drone usage fee, which is paid by you. We include both in the quote when you ask for aerial pictures. On an open trip the tour guide and the documentation are included, so you ask for nothing extra there.
Cake, flowers and other asks
A cake or flowers for a family celebration are on request, quoted separately. They are not on the standard services list, so we price them when you ask.
Each extra is priced on headcount and place, and quoted in writing.
Ask in your first message, and the quote carries every extra as its own line. Nothing is added to the fare without a written quote. If an extra is not on our list, ask anyway; the answer is yes, no or a price, in writing.
FAQ
Can we bring our own masks?
Yes. Sea Familia 1 provides a mask and snorkel, and many families still bring the children's own because a mask that already fits is calmer to use. For Sea Familia 2, ask us what is on board; it is confirmed in your quote.
Can we hire a photographer or fly a drone?
Yes, on request and quoted separately. On a private charter the guide and the photo and video documentation are not included. A drone also needs a park permit and the national park drone usage fee, paid by you.
Can you arrange a cake for a family celebration?
Yes, on request, quoted separately. A cake is not on the standard services list, so we price it when you ask. Tell us the date and the number of guests in your first message.
Are life jackets part of the fare on both boats?
Life jackets and basic first aid are in the included list of both boats. Ask in your first message about the sizes you need for a child or an older guest.
