Sea Familia 1 has four Manta cabins on the main deck and two Turtle cabins on the upper deck, each with a queen-size bed, a private bathroom and air conditioning. Open-trip seats cost IDR 5,850,000 (≈ USD 359) per person in a Turtle cabin and IDR 6,850,000 (≈ USD 420) in a Manta cabin.
Manta Cabins I to IV are on the main deck, each with a queen-size bed, air conditioning and a private bathroom, and each sleeping 2.
In the photos the four look alike, so a picture shows the type rather than a particular door. One shows a glass door opening onto the netted foredeck. Cabin numbers are confirmed in writing when you book.
Manta Cabin I differs in one way only: it takes an extra bed, which has its own section below. The bathrooms are narrow, with a rain shower, toilet and basin on a slatted floor, so parent and child take turns.

You can tell them by their big portholes, which let the daylight in. They're the cheaper of the two seat fares, so they suit a couple who'll spend the day on deck and only need the cabin to sleep.
Up here you're on the same level as breakfast. If you'd rather be on one deck than the other, say so, and ask us which cabins are free on your date.
Manta Cabin I has a queen-size bed plus an extra bed, and sleeps 2 to 3. No other cabin on Sea Familia 1 takes one.
On an open trip the extra bed is IDR 4,795,000 (≈ USD 294) per person, 3 days and 2 nights. On a private charter it is the 13th place on the boat. The rate list stops at 12 guests, and a 13th guest on the extra bed is priced in your written quote.
Children under 3 travel free with a parent or guardian; from 3 the full fare applies. Where a baby sleeps is agreed in writing with the cabin plan.

Who sleeps where for a family of five? The three children share Manta Cabin I, with its queen-size bed and extra bed, and the parents take another Manta cabin on the main deck. Each has its own bathroom.
Six of you means three cabins of two: the parents in one Manta cabin and the children paired up in two more. On a private charter that leaves three cabins empty, so a teenager can have one alone if you ask. The price stays the same, because the band sets it, not the number of cabins.
On a private charter you hold all six cabins, so the plan is yours. On an open trip we pick cabins around the ages you give us.
Seat fares are per person for 3 days and 2 nights, with the tour guide and the documentation included. Turtle is IDR 5,850,000 (≈ USD 359) and Manta is IDR 6,850,000 (≈ USD 420). Rates shown are the 2026 rates. The fuel surcharge, the park tickets and tax are paid separately.
The other way to buy these six cabins is the whole boat, priced per boat. For 3 days and 2 nights it is IDR 97,100,000 (≈ USD 5,957) for 1 to 8 guests. Other lengths on Sea Familia 1 are priced on request. They suit different parties. A seat is for one or two travellers who like company; the whole boat is for a family or friends who want the cabins, the table and the timetable to themselves.

If the booked Sea Familia cannot sail for a reason beyond our control, we arrange a replacement boat of the same class, or refund you in full within 14 days.
Yes. 2027 open-trip departures are listed on the calendar, and private charters can be reserved for 2027 dates. The 2026 rates apply to 31 December 2026; 2027 rates are on request and we send them in writing before you pay a deposit.
